Chapter 1: The main character is not sure if what he's dreaming it's a bad dream or a memory.

Chapter 2: He's dragged by a boy. sirens are screaming and soon jackboots would arrive because he stole a loaf of breadfroma rich lady. ( Solution: The boy, Uri, drags him into a dark hole and they didn't get cought.

Chapter 3: At the start of the chapter Uris' friends insult Stopthief, the main character, and ask him if he's a Gypsy which Stopthief says to be one. One of the boys tell him he can't stay with them because of this.   ( Solution:All the other boys defend him and Uri accompains him to their house)

Chapter 4: Kuba was followed by a man because he stole a lampshade. 

Uri and Stopthief went ina streetcar and Uri drove it, although there were tanks on the road, and smashed in a restaurant. ( Solution: They didn't get hurt and were loughing)

Chapter 5: Jackboots and tanks arrived.

Capter 6: Jackboots were making Jews clean the streats with bread and cut their hair.

Chapter 7:He goes to see the Jackboots "parade" and steals creampuffs from a lady. While running away he bumps into a boy and the Jackboots almost get him. (solution: He sees a girl in the backyard  where he steals tomatoes from and Uri gives him a new identity and his new name is Misha)

Chapter 8: He goes to Janine's party. At night glass, windows are broken from Jewish shops and "Jew" is written on the unbroken windows.

Chapter 9: They go away from their house on the barbers shop.

Chapter 10: Misha gets into a fight and gets shot in the earlobe by a Jackboot which follow him and Uri.     ( solution: they escape loughing) 

Chapter 11: Misha steals froma house and brings "black pearls" to the orphanage to keep them hot. He meets Dr. Korcazak, the orphanage's director. 

Capter 12: Meets a mat (NI). Gets hit by a car and Uri gets angry at him. (Solution: Uri goes back to get friend with Misha)

Chapter 13: Misha and Uri see a Mary-go-ride and Misha goes on it without a ticket and gets insulted. 

Chapter 14: A horse in the Mary-go-ride disappeares and a man only for being a Jew get a punishent for stealing it.

Plot Action 

Milkweed

Frienship- Misha searches for Janina and her family accepts him and becomes part of their family.

 

Stealing- Misha and Janina everyday go to stal food.

 

Oppression- the Jews were relocated to the ghetto

 

Identity- When he was part of Janina s family he easily accepts his new identy.
